1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StreamHub Wallet ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Nature of Digital Credits

Credits purchased through StreamHub Wallet are:

• Digital stored value - Credits represent a prepaid right to access digital services
• Non-monetary - Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency
• Non-transferable - Credits are bound to your account and cannot be transferred to others
• Non-expiring - Credits remain in your account indefinitely until used
• Platform-agnostic - Credits may be used on any partner platform that accepts them

Credits are similar to gift cards, arcade tokens, or in-app purchases. They represent prepaid access to digital entertainment services.

3. Eligibility

To use StreamHub Wallet, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services by applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. Credit Purchases

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. The price at time of purchase is final.

4.2 Payment Methods

Card Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Cryptocurrency: We accept USDT (Tether) deposits on the TRON network (TRC-20). Cryptocurrency payments offer enhanced privacy and are processed within minutes of blockchain confirmation.

4.3 Billing Descriptor

Card purchases will appear on your statement as: MCM GLOBAL or MULTICHANNEL MEDIA

4.4 Delivery

Credits are delivered instantly upon successful payment. For cryptocurrency, credits are delivered after blockchain confirmation (typically 1-3 minutes).

5. Refund Policy

All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of Credits:

• You acknowledge Credits are delivered immediately upon purchase
• You waive any statutory "cooling off" period where permitted by law
• Refunds are not available for unused Credits
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension

For unauthorized transactions, contact your bank immediately. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
• Resell, transfer, or trade Credits for monetary value
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with our Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Third-Party Platforms

StreamHub Wallet does not operate or control third-party platforms where Credits may be spent.

• We are not responsible for content, services, or experiences on partner platforms
• Partner platforms have their own terms of service and policies
• Disputes with partner platforms should be directed to those platforms
• We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any third-party content or services

Your use of Credits on third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' terms.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on StreamHub Wallet are owned by MultiChannelMedia (Global) Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any losses relating to third-party platforms or services
• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. You waive any right to class action proceedings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
