1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StreamHub Wallet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamHub Wallet is a digital token platform that allows users to purchase digital entertainment tokens ("Tokens"). These Tokens can be used on partner entertainment platforms for accessing premium digital content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using StreamHub Wallet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Token Purchases

4.1 Pricing

All Token prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.

4.3 Delivery

Tokens are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Tokens will be credited to your linked account within seconds of payment completion.

5. Refund Policy

All Token purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of Tokens and their immediate delivery, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tokens are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • You waive any right to a "cooling off" period
  • Refund requests will not be honored except where required by law

If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

6. Token Properties

  • Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Tokens are non-transferable between users
  • Tokens do not expire
  • Tokens can only be used on authorized partner platforms
  • Unused Tokens remain in your account indefinitely

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use stolen payment information
  • Resell or transfer Tokens for profit
  • Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on StreamHub Wallet are owned by SH Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SH Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Tokens in the preceding 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
